BABA Monthly Meetings

BABA meets the first Sunday of each month at Foothill's main campus (Los Altos Hills) from noon to 4:00 pm, for studio demonstrations, teaching, and work sessions on a specific topic. We also meet the third Thursday evening of each month at Foothill College's Middlefield campus (Palo Alto) from 7:30 to 9:30 pm to plan group events, share information about book events and resources, and share book works with each other.

Thursday meetings rotate between Business & Book Share.

Business meetings include artist's presentations, demonstrations, interaction with other book artists and provide members with the opportunity to give reports on committee progress for future BABA events and to provide information and get feedback on decisions regarding new BABA policies.

Book share meetings are an opportunity to share completed works or gather input on work in progress.

Sunday Studio Sessions are workshops with an emphasis on hands-on participation. These sessions are held on the main Foothill campus in Studio 1801. Workshop topics are determined by BABA members.
